Our Standard Queen and Double Bed Rooms~ Don’t miss your chance to visit New England this fall and stay at the newly remodeled rooms at the Saco River Motor Lodge. All queen rooms and double bedrooms have been fully remodeled. Brand new carpets, beds, furniture has turned the rooms from old and outdated to modern and comfortable. All our new standard rooms have either 1 queen bed or 2 full beds, flat screen TVs with cable, microwaves, mini-fridges, coffee makers, new air conditioners and bathroom with large showers.

Our Suites~ For family gatherings, retreats and business travelers our Saco Suites are the perfect accommodation. Our suites are located away from the lodge in a separate new building with its own small deck looking onto 50 acres of woodland. The suites have either 2 or 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a sitting area with a queen size pull out couch, cable TV, and free high speed wireless internet access. The kitchen area comprises a double sink, full size fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, cook top and coffeemaker. The suite bathrooms consist of a full bath with shower on tiled floors. All rooms in the suite have air conditioners and radiant floor heat during the winter.

  • ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE WITH A CREDIT CARD.
  • CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY PHONE TO A MEMBER OF STAFF AT THE LODGE (NO EMAIL OR VOICE MAIL MESSAGES ACCEPTED).
  • THERE IS NO CANCELLATION AFTER 48 HOURS FOR ROOMS AND 7 DAYS FOR THE SUITES, IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AFTER 48 HOURS FOR ROOMS AND 7 DAYS FOR SUITES THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED.

  • CHECK IN IS ANYTIME AFTER 3 P.M. TO 9 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (ROOMS) 10.30 A.M. (SUITES)
  • ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. SHOULD GUESTS WISH TO SMOKE, SEATING AND ASHTRAYS ARE PROVIDED OUTSIDE. GUESTS FOUND TO BE SMOKING IN THEIR ROOMS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $150. 00 CLEANING CHARGE.


  • DOG POLICY: WE ACCEPT DOGS IN SOME MOTEL ROOMS AND SUITES. YOU MUST LET US KNOW WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION THAT YOU INTEND TO BRING YOUR DOG WITH YOU. THE ONLY CHARGE IS AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $25 FOR THE ROOMS AND $50 FOR THE SUITES NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU STAY.
  • SACO RIVER MOTOR LODGE WELCOMES RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERS AND THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES ARE SET OUT TO ENABLE BOTH YOUR DOGS AND OTHER GUESTS TO ENJOY THEIR STAY WITH US:
  • DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES
  • DOGS SHOULD BE WALKED ON THE FIELD AT THE SIDE OF THE MOTEL, AND GUESTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS.
  • PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOGS OFF THE BEDS.
  • PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR ROOM TOWELS ON YOUR DOG- IF YOU CALL INTO THE OFFICE WE WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE TOWELS FOR THEIR USE.
  • DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
  • DOGS SHOULD NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN A ROOM, NOT EVEN IN A CRATE, AS EXCESSIVE BARKING CAN ANNOY OTHER GUESTS.
  • SHOULD YOU WISH TO GO OUT WITHOUT YOUR DOG, PLEASE SPEAK TO US AND WE WILL TRY TO MAKE THE NECCESSARY ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU.
